Hosted by the Internet Society of China (ISC), the 2021 China Internet Rule of Law Conference (CIRLC) was organized in Beijing on Nov 18, 2021.

As one of the side events, the Compliance Governance Forum focused on the topics as "Theory and Policy of Compliance Governance", "Governance and Practice of Corporate Compliance", "Corporate Compliance Capacity Building and Talent Training" etc.

Speakers and panelists from China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Academy of Information and Communications Technolog, People's Procuratorate of Pudong New Area in Shanghai City, People's Public Security University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Sina, iFlytek, Huawei, Ant Group, ByteDance,  Xiamen Meiya Pico Information Co., Ltd. were invited to discuss and share their insights.

The Conference was held via online live streaming supported by over 30 media platforms such as Sina Weibo, BJNews.com.cn.
