On April 20, Internet Society of China (ISC) held an online Symposium to strengthen the communication and exchange with its members, especially the newly joining ones. Chaired by Mr. Song Mao’en, Deputy Secretary-General of ISC the event aims to continuously improve the scientificity, pertinence and effectiveness of the work of membership services, and to build a more open platform for the development of member units.

Directors of all departments of ISC Secretariat and General Managers of the two entity bodies of ISC, the Beijing China Internet Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Internet World Magazine Co., Ltd., attended the symposium and introduced the key business. China Internet Conference, China Internet Law Conference, China Internet Enterprise Comprehensive Strength Index, China Internet Development Report as well as other industry research, policy support related special work, industry standards, corporate training, industry self-discipline and Internet public welfare, PR and international cooperation have received extensive attention..

Song Mao’en said that since its establishment 21 years ago, ISC has built platforms, promoted self-discipline, conducted research, set standards, facilitated industrial integration, supported government governance, served member development, carried out international exchanges, conveyed industry voices, and practiced social responsibility, which turns out to be a lot of meticulous and fruitful work. Members are the solid foundation for the development of ISC. ISC will continue to actively serve the development and needs of members, hold various activities, and build a platform for member units to communicate and cooperate in multiple fields, specifications and forms, and strive to promote the high-quality development of the Internet industry.

Over 140 representatives from Tencent, JD.com, Qi'anxin, Cheetah Mobile, Wangsu, Yiche, Futu Network, China Enterprise Network, Lexin, Unicom Digital, Suirui Technology, Walmart, Zhidaochuangyu, Yi World, Guoqi Zhikong, etc attended the symposium.
